WELLS FARGO CENTER LOS ANGELES

The prestigious twin 54 story high-rise buildings both sharing a beautiful center atrium have been large part of the LA Skyline since being constructed in 1986. IRS Demo has performed the majority of all interior demolition in this property since the property opened.

THE DETAILS

As well as the tenant floors, IRS Demo was responsible for the interior demolition of both main lobbies during the upgrade/remodels of each. We were able to warehouse on location their existing white marble used in the North Tower for several years so that it could be re-used and re-purposed appropriately for the finished remodel.
