Completed in 2003, Constellation Place has been the first skyscraper to be finished and occupied in the 21st century.
THE DETAILS
This 35-story high-rise in Century City was once the home of the MGM Pictures corporate offices. When MGM moved to Beverly Hills, IRS Demo performed a complete “gut” or cleanout of their occupied floors, as well as countless other tenants in the building, who either relocated or refurbished their existing offices.
