Donation Program

IRS Demo helps those in need and keeps valuable furniture and fixtures out of the landfill through our industry-leading donation program.

Taking What’s Left, Doing What’s Right ℠

On a typical demolition project, many usable materials get left behind. This includes items like furniture, appliances, carpets, artwork, and many other items that are often still in good to excellent condition. Traditionally, most if not all of these items have unnecessarily ended up in landfills.
IRS Demo makes it a point to do something much better. We work with hundreds of local and international charities including churches, schools, animal shelters, police, and fire agencies to find new homes for the usable items we remove from job sites.

Doing it For the Greater Good

Spanning over three decades, our donation program has been a catalyst for positive change, repurposing over 12 million pounds—equivalent to 27 Statues of Liberty—from demolition projects to support nonprofits globally.

Our donation program operates without the benefit of tax credits or financial gains. We simply believe in the importance of doing what’s right, and consciously prioritize repurposing over contributing to landfills.

As we enter our fourth decade, we invite businesses to reassess their approach to corporate social responsibility. For IRS Demo, demolition is not merely about tearing things down; it is about building up communities and fostering hope for a better, more sustainable future.

Join us in embracing a legacy of giving that surpasses the act of demolition itself. Together, we can build communities, cultivate a brighter tomorrow, and leave a lasting impact.
